About the National Ancestral Defense Patrol (NADP)
The National Ancestral Defense Patrol (NADP) is a peaceful, rights-based community defense body formed to protect the descendants of Indigenous American bloodlines who were reclassified over generations as “Negro,” “Colored,” “Black,” and “African-American.” Rooted in ancestral dignity and governed by international human rights law, NADP exists to safeguard our people against racialized targeting, institutional neglect, AI-driven propaganda, hate-fueled violence, and unlawful force.
We are not a militia. We are not an aggressor force.
We are a protective patrol, grounded in the lawful right of self-defense as affirmed under the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and the American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP).
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the National Ancestral Defense Patrol (NADP) is to:
🔹 Protect Indigenous-descended and racialized communities from racial violence, state abuse, and hate-driven aggression.
🔹 Patrol and monitor high-risk zones to deter misconduct, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or unlawful force by any actor, including rogue elements within law enforcement.
🔹 Investigate incidents of brutality, harassment, intimidation, hate crimes, and institutional abuse—creating documented case files for legal, national, tribal, and international justice mechanisms.
🔹 Defend the inherent right of our people to exist in safety and dignity, in accordance with international Indigenous law and the right to self-defense under UNDRIP/ADRIP.
🔹 Preserve the continuity of our ancestral identity, restoring dignity to all descendants who were forcibly reclassified through paper genocide.
🔹 Serve as a shield—nonviolent, disciplined, and lawful—grounded in ancestral ethics, strategic readiness, community accountability, and international legal legitimacy.
🌍 Why We Exist
For too long, our communities have faced:
✅ Racial profiling and police abuse
✅ Systemic misclassification and cultural erasure
✅ AI-generated propaganda framing our youth as threats
✅ State-sanctioned violence disguised as “public safety”
✅ The absence of trusted, community-led protection structures
NADP was established to fill this critical gap — not through violence, but through lawful defense, documentation, investigation, education, and deterrence.
🛡️ Our Guiding Principles
✔ Protection, not provocation
✔ Ancestral duty and dignity
✔ Lawful defense under UNDRIP & ADRIP
✔ Truth-driven documentation and investigation
✔ Accountability over fear
✔ Community-centered safety
💬 What We Stand For
We do not seek war.
We stand as a shield, not a sword.
We rise not in hate, but in protection of life, culture, and legacy.
📍 Our Creed
We patrol. We protect.
We document. We defend.

🚨 DHS USED AI TO FALSELY FRAME BLACK YOUTH AS VIOLENT THREATS
WE MUST RESPOND WITH TRUTH, UNITY, AND LAWFUL ACTION.
Recently, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) posted an AI-generated video on an official platform that depicted young Black people as violent aggressors toward federal agents. Let that sink in: a government agency used artificial intelligence to fabricate an image of Black youth as hostile threats — not based on evidence, not based on incidents, but manufactured to shape fear.
This was not a mistake. This was not a glitch. This was a deliberate state-crafted narrative designed to portray Black bodies as inherently dangerous. This is state-sponsored dehumanization, using advanced technology to reinforce old racist fears.
When the government begins to use AI to fictionalize threats, it is attempting to justify repression before it happens. It plants fear in the public mind so any future violence against Black people can be excused as “self-defense” by the state. This is how propaganda evolves in the digital age.
We see the game: for years, when Black communities join protests, law enforcement deploys riot gear, tear gas, rubber bullets, and chemical warfare. But recently, mass Black-led protests have been limited, strategic, and disciplined — leaving the state unable to provoke the kind of spectacle it wants. So now they turn to AI, trying to create the visual of a threat that doesn't exist, hoping to manufacture fear and spark conflict.
We refuse to be baited. We will not be weaponized. We will not answer their false narrative with violence — we will answer it with legal power, investigative pressure, collective organization, and truth.
WHAT WE DEMAND FROM DHS:
1️⃣ Remove the AI video immediately and preserve all internal data surrounding its creation.
2️⃣ Publicly disclose who approved it, which vendor produced it, and what narrative intent stood behind it.
3️⃣ Refer this incident to the DHS Office of Inspector General and Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for investigation.
4️⃣ Suspend all politically targeted AI content creation within DHS until oversight protections are established.
5️⃣ Issue a public apology, initiate anti-bias training on AI misuse, and include community oversight before public depictions of racial groups are released.
⚖️ HOW WE FIGHT THIS — LEGALLY & STRATEGICALLY (NO VIOLENCE):
✅ File a complaint with the DHS Office of Inspector General: https://hotline.oig.dhs.gov
✅ Report a civil-rights violation to the DOJ: https://civilrights.justice.gov
✅ Preserve screenshots, timestamps, links, and user interactions as evidence.
✅ Submit a FOIA request to force document release about who approved and created the video.
✅ Contact congressional oversight committees demanding hearings.
✅ Involve civil-rights attorneys, journalists, digital ethics watchdogs, and Indigenous and Black defense coalitions.
WE WILL NOT REACT WITH RAGE. WE WILL RESPOND WITH RESOLUTION.
We will organize legal defense networks, community watch systems, “Know Your Rights” clinics, media truth squads, and international human-rights alerts if necessary. We move in discipline, not disorder.
We fight with truth.
We fight with law.
We fight with unity, not chaos.
We protect our youth from being digitally criminalized before they even step outside.
Artificial intelligence should never become a digital plantation overseer.
We refuse to let the state code us into criminality.
We are not what their AI says we are. We are not threats — we are targets of manufactured fear. And we are rising to defend our narrative, our youth, and our humanity with absolute clarity and unbreakable strength.
